I hope you all got the little Wworkout I did yesterday adn can use it if you all like.

Today is gonna be a nice day and really trying to press up the weight a little bit for me.

If you are all unsure of your form DEF DO NOT go heavier if your form BLOWS…

Otherwise you are doing an injustice to yourself and really not progressing correctly.

GOOD FORM not shitty form…do not progress until you mastered the movement.

Alright everyone that has run this past weekend.

If you are still smashed out it still agood idea to take off for a bit to allow

you body to recover.

100 mountain climbers

25 thrusters

25 burpees

25 v ups

100 mountain climbers

15 thrusters

15 burpees

15 v ups

100 mountain climbers

10 burpees

PA is ready to get it in.

I felt better as the day went by with the flush workout and ended up

Working out again.

I feel like working out is my time to shine.

Working out is my home away from home.

Where I can seperate my brain from the little things taht urk me

and time to make myself a better PETE ISIP 2.0

I hope you are all working hard not only to hit a fitness goal

BUT to make yourself a better __________ ___________2.0 (fill in)

Alright everyone now for the workout of the dizzy

Tough Mudder Training Workout 

Run 1/2 mile FAST

Squats 50 (hold some weight if you are experienced)

Wall walks 2 (see video below)

Burpee Pull up 1 (see video below)

 Squats 25

Wall walks 4

Burpee Pull up 2

 Squats 15

 Wall walks 6

Burpee Pull up 3

 Squats 25

Wall walks 4

Burpee Pull up 4

 Squats 50

Wall walks 2

Burpee Pull up 5

Run 1/2 mile

Burpee Pull ups or Chirpee go to :45 on video if you can’t hit it then do 5 inverted rows and 1 burpee

Whats up MUDDER NATION

We are getting the 2nd GROUP OF KRANKSTERS geared up for the PA #2 Mudder

and I hpe all of you that are getting it in prepping up mentally and cooling down physically.

Tons of mobility this week and foam rolling geting the body a nice rest to peak this weekend.

But for the rest of us yesterdays WOD was pretty crappy and I am feeling a bit sore so….

Here’s what I got for myself and would be a great workout for you beginners new to the training family.

Warm up  for a long time

50 Moutain Climbers

30 Squats

20 Push ups

10 Sit ups

100 Flutter kicks

for 5 rounds

and then a light jog about 1 -2 miles

not big and then take time to stretch and yoga after wards
